Our facility is a simple one room community center (about 6x5 meter space) with tables and chairs. We have electricity and two staff members who run the telecenter from the hours of 6 in the morning to 6 at night.

We are building our replica internet using the following materials:
* a few desktop computers
* one old PC to setup as a linux server for DHCP, DNS, Email and web
* Ubuntu Linux install disk
* old network router or switch
* some ethernet cable (20 meters)
