Ungweru is a community telecenter based in Luwinga, Malawi. We currently have four computers and one printer and offer classes on typing, Microsoft Word, HTML publishing, email, and networking. There is no internet access at Ungweru; instead we have built a local network that is an exact replica of the internet, only smaller, where our students can pratice and learn IT skills that will be directly applicable to their jobs in the real world.
